ENVIRONMENTAL PERFORMANCE
Through our efforts to improve all environmental aspects—both direct and indirect—we have succeeded in reducing our consumption of natural gas and diesel fuel, as well as the generation of waste from plastic and metal containers, paper and cardboard, and bituminous emulsions.
Following an analysis of the data from the assessment conducted in fiscal year 2025, the significant environmental aspects whose environmental impact results in soil and water contamination were:
Xylene consumption (L/metric ton of production) has had a significant environmental impact in terms of the depletion of natural resources.
As a result of the environmental assessment and in accordance with our commitment to continuous improvement, we set annual goals to manage the environmental aspects of our activities and thereby reduce their environmental impact.
